How do I remove my wine from Vintrust?
You may request to remove wine from Vintrust either via online, over the phone or by fax. All requests must be received before 12 noon PST in order to be started same day. All orders will depend on volume. In order to ensure we have received your request, please call 877-581-0101. Less than 1 Case – 1 business day not including shipping. Less than 5 Cases – 2 business days not including shipping. More than 5 Cases – 3-10 business days not including shipping, depending on volume. * Usually we can ship within 3-4 business days if there are less than 10 cases or if it’s multiple cases of the same wine.
