How Do I Remove Large Dents In A Car On My Own?
Depends on the extent of the dents and the shapes really. If they are not creases and dents like you would get fro say a baseball or some such you may be able to pop them out from the inside if they are accessable, using your hand or a rubber mallet. if there is framework or bracing behind it you could try to push it out using a prybar with a spoon shaped end on it. If they are crease type dents you may need to get a slide hammer dent puller that is used by drilling a hole in the crease at intervals and screwing the dent puller in and sliding the weight down the handle to pull the dent out. what ever you do take your time because just hammering and slamming around on the dents will stretch the metal more than it already has been and you’ll never get it back to shape without more tools and more work to undue the damage caused buy too much force.
