How Do I remove flash rust, burned on boot marks, and rain suites from chrome?

In our detailing process, we use Formula 3 or 33 Windshield, Paint and Chrome Products, in conjunction with #0000 steel wool to remove tar, heel marks, and flash rust from the chrome surfaces. The #0000 grade steel wool is very fine and will not scratch the chrome. Rather than produce a grit product for this job, we have chosen to “borrow” the grit from the #0000 steel wool, when we need it. Once this process has been performed, the problem has been removed and the surface has a beautiful durable shine and is protected from the elements.
