Access the “View” menu to select “Arrange By”, “Current View” and “By Category”. Click the “Subject” heading to sort all calendar items by subject. Hold down the “CTRL” key on your keyboard and click each duplicate calendar item you wish to remove. Press the “Delete” key on your keyboard to delete these items.
