if their blown their under warranty and the dealer will replace them free of charge the warranty covers those also,if you just want to replace them you have to pull outwards on the door panel then,remove it and loosen and remove anything that’s holding it on,then you can get to them,you may need window crank clip tool to remove the crank if you have crank up windows other than that its an easy job to do,you just need to take your time with it and be careful not to break anything the door panel comes off real easy,it takes about 30 minutes a side to do this,good luck.
