How do I remove broken bolts on my Monte Carlos heads?

It’s possible that you will have to remove the heads to get them out.I would pull the heads off and take them to a machine shop that has an EDM .An Electrical Discharge Machine will basically dissolve the bolts.Call a few machine shops and get a price for having it done.The problem with drilling them is that they get heat hardened.And if they are stuck in there so tight it broke the bolts chances are good an easy out will not work anyways.If you break off an easy out in the bolt you are for sure going to need an EDM.
