Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run- Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run- In the right pane of each KEY delete the program you wish to remove. Close the Registry Editor and restart Windows.
