How do I remove an account from CUOnline?
If you want to remove an account from the list of accounts aggregated by CUOnline, you must delete access to the account. From the Manage Accounts page, select the account that you want to delete and click the Delete button. You will be presented with the Delete Account Access screen. If you decide not to delete the account, press Cancel; to delete the account, press Confirm. A confirmation screen will be displayed, telling you that the account has been removed. If you accidentally delete an account you can add access to the account by clicking Add on the Manage Accounts page and re-adding the account. Note: If you delete account access in CUOnline, this does not delete your online account at the institution holding the account. If the account is an internal SFCU account you can contact us at the phone number or email listed on the Support page to request the account to be removed.
