How do I remove a third party’s ability to request an earned import allowance certificate?
If you would like to remove a third party’s access to your account, you must send another letter to the third party, with a copy to OTEXA. The letter should contain the importer of record number used by the third party to enter the goods, the five (5) digit PIN they were assigned, the seven (7) character code name, and the effective date of the change.
