How Do I Release The Tension Pulley To Change A Serpentine Belt On A 92 Chrysler New Yorker?

I am trying to replace the serpentine belt on my 92 Chrysler New Yorker, and can’t get the tension pulley to release so I can put the belt around the a/c compressor. Can anyone tell me what I need to be doing, I know it takes a 14mm wrench, but that’s about it. The pulley doesn’t release for me.
