How do I release or delete a spam message from Quarantine?
Inside the Quarantine report, the spam messages will give you the option of Releasing or Deleting an individual message by clicking the appropriate box. When you release a message, you will be prompted to add the address to your trusted sender list. When you delete a message, you will be prompted to add the address to your blocked sender list. At the bottom of the report is the option to “Delete All Spam”. When you choose to “Delete All Spam” you will not be prompted to add the address to your trusted sender list or blocked sender list.
