A. If you suffer a system failure and Intronis Online Backup is no longer installed on your computer, you’ll need to download and install the Intronis Online Backup software again from the Intronis website. Once the software is installed, you’ll be able to restore your file catalogue (the list of all of the files that have been backed up) and retrieve all of your backed up files. Please keep in mind that to restore your file catalogue, you MUST have a copy of your Encryption Key.
