How do I register to access information entered into the MC4 system?
Currently, three applications in the MC4 system provide medical surveillance: • Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS) offers users the ability to view individual patient encounters anywhere in the world. Providers can view captured medical data on a Soldier no matter where it was completed.
