Purebred dogs which have no previous registration history may apply for UCA registration and can be issued certified UCA registration papers by completing and signing a UCA Single Registration Application, providing 2 witness signatures and / or 1 UCA representative signature attesting to the purebred status of the dog along with 3 photos (front view, left-side and right-side views) of the dog to verify and/or confirm that the dog is of proper breed phenotype as defined by the UCA breed standard.
