How do I register my computer with Resnet?
In order to register with Resnet, you need to open an internet browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer). The browser should immediately go to the Notre Dame Network Connection Registration page. If your browser does not take you to that site, the address is http://ncr.nd.edu. 1. Click on the button for New Registration. 2. Enter your NetID and password in the popup window. 3. After you read Notre Dame’s Responsible Use Policy, click on “Accept.” 4. Make sure the Host name is your NetID. 5. Change the domain to resnet.nd.edu 6. Click on “Register.” 7. You will need to restart your computer before you can continue browsing the web.
