How do I register my 911 Medical ID™ card or medallion so that I qualify for software and hardware support?
You must be connected to the Internet to register your 911 Medical ID™ card or medallion. When you plug in your 911 Medical ID™ for the first time, a screen appears with instructions on how to use the 911 Medical ID™ software. When you click the “GO TO 911 MEDICAL ID™” button, a registration page will pop up. Fill in the registration information and click “Register Now.” This will automatically activate your warranty and your medicalidaccess.com account. Enter your email address as your username and create a password. You might want to record and store your password in a safe place in case you forget it.
