If you subscribe to both FirstCaribbean Internet Banking and FirstCaribbean Telephone Banking, you only need to register online for Bill and Credit Card Payments. The information you input during your online registration will automatically be registered on our Telephone Banking system However, if you are only a FirstCaribbean Telephone Banking customer, you must register for Bill and Credit Card Payment services by contacting your Relationship Manager/International Banking Centre or a FirstCaribbean Customer Service Agent. You will need to have copies of the bills you wish to pay and your credit card information handy to provide the relevant required information.
