How do I register for the District Proficiency Test and/or the Instructional Assistance Test?
Online registration for the District Proficiency Test and the Instructional Assistance Test is available to District paraprofessionals. You may also register for those test(s) by completing the Test Scheduling Form and faxing it to 213-353-4234. It is important that you provide all of the requested information. On the Test Scheduling Form, the requestor must be a school representative such as your supervisor, School Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, Assistant Principal, or Principal. More than one person can register on the same form. To request a copy of the Test Scheduling Form call 213-353-4200.
