• Visit the COMPASS Training web page. Select the class registration form and e-mail or fax it to Julie Strite at (260) 461-7503. • For the On-line training class you will also need to complete the confidentiality agreement form and send it back with the registration form. • This information in the registration form will be used to automatically register you in COMPASS. If you cannot open this page contact Julie Strite at (260) 461-7693. • A notice will be sent confirm your registration in the class.
