A. Registration for the Certified Support Professional program varies from the other BEA Certification programs. There are two requirements to successfully complete this program and they include: BEA Certified Support Associate: BEA WebLogic Server 9/10 examination, which is administered via Prometric. To purchase an exam and schedule an appointment, visit the Prometric web site or call 877-205-6873 (US only). Support Professional training program and examination administered via Service Strategies in which candidates must register for directly via Service Strategies.
