A: A $225 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled Summit registrations. Please contact MedicalInnovationSummit@ccf.org for cancellation refund processing. You must provide your name and confirmation number. Cancellations must be received by September 1, 2011. Attendees may refer to their confirmation email to transfer their registration to another attendee online for no fee. A processing fee of $100 applies to all transfers that the Event Organizer must process. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. No refunds will be processed after September 1, 2011.
