How do I register for my myfife card?
• If you’re 60+ or disabled call 08451 55 00 66 or visit your Local Services Centre to arrange an appointment. We hold face to face appointments so there are no complicated application forms, and will take your photograph for you. • If you are housebound, we can arrange a home visit. • If you go to a Fife high school you’ll be given a myfife card at school. • If you’re 16 – 25 and no longer at high school, or if you live in Fife but go to school outside of Fife, please use our online myfife registration form. You will need to take proof of your name and address to a Local Service Centre to complete the application. • If you are just adding PASS or Young Scot to your myfife card, you will need to take photographic ID such as the back page of your current passport or photo driving licence to a local office to be verified • If your are a Fife Council employee we will be contacting you in conjunction with the Print’08 roll-out or you can still register in the ways noted above.
