How do I register for ILLiad as a Community patron?
• Get a Community Patron Library Card (if you don’t already have one). • Cards are available for purchase at the Help Desk in Hale Library. • Cards cost $10.00 per year (unless you have a paid membership in the the K-State Alumni Assn; then your library card is free). • When you apply for your card, have your Kansas driver’s license with you, as well as proof of membership in the Alumni Assn. (if applicable). • Understand that your interlibrary loan requests are not subsidized. If we can’t obtain your request for free, we pass the cost on to you (after verifying you are willing to pay to obtain the item). • Once you have your Community Library Card, register for ILLiad by using the “First Time Users Click Here” button. • For your e-mail address, enter “ill@k-state.edu.” When we process your registration, we will contact you to obtain the e-mail address you would like to use.
