How do I register for an account in myHERO?
To register for myHERO visit: http://myhero.ucsf.edu and click on the ‘Register’ link in the upper right hand corner. Once on the ‘Sign Up for My New Account’ page, you will need to enter these items: last name, date of birth, last 4 digits of Social Security #, e-mail address, user name, password, and select a security question so that you can get the password reset if you forget it.
