How do I register as a new vendor on WebProcure?
Registering as a vendor on WebProcure is easy; simply go to http://procurement.pbnlink.com from an Internet browser to access the WebProcure program. Please configure your computer to allow pop-ups from this site. On the left side of the screen you will click on the “Register as a Supplier” button. That will take you through a step by step process for registration.
