Please do not withdraw your student from another school with the anticipation that they can enroll at EHHS the next day! Part of the registration process is to allow time to verify an applicant’s residency. 1) Call to make an appointment with the Guidance Secretary for the first part of the registration process. Be prepared to bring the following information with you in order to complete the packet of registration materials: proof of current East Haven residency (2 forms: one picture ID, one current billhead with current E.H. address), complete medical records, evidence of withdrawal from previous school, academic records (transcript and current grades), all standardized test scores (CAPT/CMT), Special Education records (including current IEP and cumulative file), and 504 Accomodation Plan (if appropriate).
