Cannot find title/reg. All I have is plates My father and I built a homemade trailer in NJ 10+yrs ago. He registered it in his name with NJ plates. I moved to PA and took trailer with me. He died 2yrs ago. Mother cannot find title or registration. All I have is trailer and NJ plates. Last sticker is Mar 05. How do I make trailer legal in PA?
