If your computer did not come with a recovery CD, chances are the recovery program is stored on a special partition of your hard disk, and you access it by hitting specific keys when starting up the machine. Turn your computer off normally, then power it on. Look at the messages which are displayed onscreen before Windows starts- they will say which keys to press to run system recovery.
