How do I refill a medication? What about Pain Medicine refills?
LFM REFILL POLICY If you need a refill on a medication, please call your pharmacy where you have the medication filled, and they will fax us the request. It is important to give us at least 24-48 hours to process the request, so do not wait until you are completely out of the medication before requesting a refill. PAIN MEDICATION REFILLS Pain Medicines will only be refilled Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with the same guidelines as stated above. The pharmacy will fax us the request, allow at least 24-48 hours to process the request. It will also only be refilled if your Primary Care Physician is in the office (excluding days off for vacations).
