How do I refer a prospective client to Meals on Wheels West?
If you know someone who lives in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, or Topanga Canyon and you think they need Meals on Wheels, you can ask them to call our Client Coordinator at 310-394-5133 to sign up, they can complete our online intake form, or they can print out the intake form and fax or mail it to us. Alternatively, if you would like us to contact this person, please complete the quick referral form and we will call them within one business day.
