As a result of the closure of Janeville stores in January 2007, the Company shall continue to honor unused gift certificates/cards and/or merchandise credits/cards (GC/MC) issued at those stores subject to the terms and conditions of our replacement policy. Unused GC/MCs issued at our Janeville stores are eligible for replacement either in the form of a check refund, credit card refund, gift card or electronic gift card (valid toward purchases at our Gymboree stores, Janie and Jack stores, www.gymboree.com or www.janieandjack.com).
