How do I redeem Travel Partner and JGBB reward points?
You can redeem your points on this website. Simply choose your reward and click on the REDEEM button. Reward requests are forwarded to the Travel Partner who will then contact you via e-mail with confirmation and details of delivery; please remember that all rewards are the responsibility of the awarding Travel Partner. JG Black Book reward requests are verified by JG staff, who will either e-mail or ship your reward to you; all rewards granted under JG Black Book points are shipped directly from JGBB.
