How do I redeem a coupon code/promotion code/key code/source code when placing an order?
To redeem a Gaiam gift coupon please enter the coupon number as printed on your coupon in the gift certificate box on the payment information page at step 3 of the checkout process. Multiple coupons may be used on the same order and may be used in conjunction with promotional offers. Unlike gift certificates, any unused balance of a Gaiam gift coupon will be forfeited. To redeem a promotional offer code received from a Gaiam catalog, Gaiam email promotion or other Gaiam affiliated source you may enter the offer code at either Catalog Quick Shop step 2 (in the Catalog Key Code/Web Code box) for those that have exact item numbers available such as catalog shoppers or you may enter your promotional offer code in the Promotion Code / Catalog Key Code box on the shopping cart page after you have added items to your shopping cart.
