When you first make a purchase, you are given the option to purchase a backup copy of your download on CD or the Extended Download Service. The Extended Download Service allows Digibuy/Share-It, our shopping cart service, to keep a backup copy of the file you purchased for re-download should you ever need it. The backup copy of any ReadySetPresent product is also covered by the same Terms of Use and Copyright rules as the original download. If you have difficulty during the download, contact ReadySetPresent and we will send you new download instructions.
