Call your VoixNex telephone number. Press 200 anytime during the default message. This will prompt for the extension numbers. Press 10-99 for call capture extensions. Press Virtual Extension Number (all VoixNex numbers have a corresponding Virtual ID) for Initial Greetings (eg 1000, 1001, 1002…. 9999). Begin your recording at the tone. When done, Press #. Wait for message Playback. Press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel/rerecord/repeat the process. When Pressing 1, to confirm, system will ask for PIN. Entering the correct PIN/Password provided during signup process will allow you to SAVE the new message. Press 2 to repeat the process when appropriate.
