How do I receive updates for current software version?
Updates to your current version of software are available as an automatic free download via the Internet. As soon as you log-in your system will be searched to make sure it is operating the most up-to-date version and automatically update if necessary. However, your school or district may have a firewall that prohibits the search and you will not be getting the automatic updates. Check with your system administrator and ask about firewalls. Ask you system administer to allow an exception from www.pearsonassessment.com or you may access updates for download at http://agssupport.com/downloads.html. If you are not receiving automatic updates or want to check for updates, go to the Help menu and click on Check For Updates. From this screen you can set the auto-update schedule and can also click on Check Now for updates. Once this file is downloaded it will appear as grade.zip and needs to be extracted so that you see the yellow Contents folder. This folder will need to be copied and pasted
