How do I receive services from East Bay Innovations?

If this is the case you may ask the Program Director if you can be placed on a waiting list. If the program is taking new referrals, than you should call you regional center case manager to ask them to make a formal referral for you to East Bay Innovations. The Program Director will review the information your case manager sends and call you to set up a time to meet with you. Each EBI program has a specific entrance criterion for new clients. The Program Director can explain the entrance criteria to you.
