To allow free Delivery Reports to be sent to your FishText mobile application, and to receive Incoming SMS sent to any Virtual Numbers you might have, you need to have your ‘Check incoming’ setting enabled. You can do this by selecting Options > Settings > Check incoming; you will then be able to choose how often you would like the application to check for new messages. We recommend a setting of 5 or 10 minutes: checking more frequently will use more mobile data and consume more battery power. Free Delivery Reports can be enabled by selecting Options > Settings > Delivery reports > On/Failed only (depending on your preference) and then Options > Settings > Send reports > FishText. If, at any point, you wish to turn off Delivery Reports, select Options > Settings > Delivery reports > Off. A comprehensive guide to the FishText mobile application can be found here.
