You may return merchandise for a full refund, which will be credited to you in the original tender. If you paid with a gift card, the returned amount will be credited back to the card number(s), enabling you to reuse the card for future purchases online and in-store. If you are returning a gift, the amount can be credited to a Macy’s account, an existing gift card or a store merchandise certificate (MOC), which can be used at any Macy’s store.
