Your international college transcript must be evaluated by an approved private organization. The evaluation is then reviewed by RCC evaluators.

WLAC does not provide evaluation of international transcripts for credit of college work. Student must have them evaluated by an approved private evaluation agency for course-by-course credit. The evaluation is then submitted with a General Petition for credit in specific areas that is generally determined by the appropriate division. A list of these agencies is available from Admissions & Records Department in A-13 or the International Student Center (Trailer #1).
