How do I receive and redeem Dillards Shopping Passes?
A. Dillard’s Shopping Passes are issued within one to two billing cycles after earned and will be sent to you with your monthly billing statement. Dillard’s Cardholders will receive a 10 % off all-day Dillard’s Shopping Pass for every 1,500 points earned in a calendar year(Maximum of 12 shopping per account per year). Dillard’s Shopping Passes are valid for 10 % off a total day’s purchases at any Dillard’s location or at dillards.com. You choose the day to redeem. The value of the 10 % off discount will be taken at the time of purchase. The barcode on the Pass must be scanned for each transaction in order to qualify for the disount. Dillard’s Shopping Passes must be used by the expiration date with your Dillard’s Credit Card or your Dillard’s American Express Card.
