How do I receive and pay Lansing Board of Water & Light eBills?
A. Instead of receiving a paper bill through the mail, you’ll view your LBWL bill online. Each month, you will receive an e-mail message alerting you that a new eBill is available for your review online. You simply review it and, with the click of a mouse, decide what date to pay your Lansing Board of Water & Light bill online. It takes at least two business days to process payments, so you must schedule your payment no later than two business days prior to the due date to avoid a possible charge. Your payment will be drawn from your bank account on the date you specify. You can specify a payment date each time you receive your bill or you can schedule it to be paid automatically on a recurring date. You can cancel LBWL eBill Presentment service at any time and once again begin receiving paper bills with your next billing cycle.
