Upon successful completion of an Additional Qualification course, and assuming that you have no outstanding obligations to the University, the Registrars Office will send to the Ontario College of Teachers recommendation that the additional qualification be added to your record. The College will then send you an Acknowledgment of Additional Qualification/Additional Basic Qualification letter. Your qualification will then appear on your next Certificate of Qualification. Note: It is your responsibility to advise the appropriate Federation/s and any other agencies of the successful completion of Additional Qualification courses. Transcripts of completed courses are usually available 8 weeks after completion of the session in which you were registered. Transcripts are issued upon written request and upon payment of the required fee. Telephone: 416 926-4743.
