For Non Sponsored Funds: Complete and submit an online Non-Sponsored Speedchart Request Form requesting the Speedchart to be reactivated. For Sponsored Funds: Complete and submit an online Sponsored Speedchart Request Form requesting the Speedchart to be reactivated.
