Correct me if I am wrong in any of my assumptions. It sounds like this speaker does not have binding posts or spring clips, but that the wire goes straight into the speaker cabinet and attaches to the driver. It also sounds like you have some wire intact coming out of the cabinet. If these assumptions are correct all you need to do is splice the wire together at the place where your dog chewed through. Cut off any chewed portions. Strip the positive and negative portions back about 1/2 inch on both sides of the separated cable. Twist together positive with positive and negative with negative (the wires should have one side that is marked or ribbed — just make sure the marked sides stay together). Next, you will want to wrap tape (electrical tape is best but not necessary since there is no voltage in these wires) around the bare copper.
