• On your SoftPhone, click on the “Options” button located in the center of the phone. The “Option” window will appear. • Choose the “Profiles” tab • Click on the “OneSuite” service under Profiles. • Click on the “Initialize…” button. • Enter in your new SoftPhone password, then click OK.
