How do I re-install GoToMyPC?
If for any reason the GoToMyPC software on your host computer gets deleted or corrupted, you can easily re-install GoToMyPC at any time. To re-install GoToMyPC on the same host computer, open a Web browser and go to https://www.gotomypc.com/setupSoftware.tmpl?Type=r and follow the directions. To successfully complete the re-install, you will need to be at your host computer and use the same email ID and Password you used when you first set up the service on that computer. Please note that you cannot re-install via a GoToMyPC session from a client computer you must be at your host computer to upgrade.
