How do I re-install an Art Pack or writing add-on/Writers Pack?
If you need to re-install an Art Pack or writing add-on visit our Purchase Support page and enter the email address used to make your purchase. You will be emailed a link to a Celtx purchase history webpage where you can review and re-install your purchase(s). This link will remain active for one hour. I am having some trouble emailing my project files. If you are experiencing some issues with emailing your project files as an attachment, you can either zip up the project file prior to attaching it to your email, or you can use a free email service such as Google’s Gmail where projects can be attached without issue.
