These cards are offered only to cardholders who have met the basic spending guidelines on their Bloomingdale’s account and meet our Visa credit criteria. The Premier Plus Visa requires annual net purchases of $1,000 per year at Bloomingdale’s, and Ultimate Premier VISA requires annual net purchases of $2,500 or more at Bloomingdale’s in order to qualify for these levels.
