How do I qualify for a Johnson Controls Foundation Scholarship?
Qualifying applicants must meet all of the following requirements: • Be a son or daughter (naturally born child, legally adopted child or stepchild) of a full-time U.S. or Dominican of Puerto Rico employee of Johnson Controls or a subsidiary, to include employees who are from the U.S. or Puerto Rico temporarily assigned to facilities outside the U.S. or Puerto Rico – – not including employees who are officers or members of the board of directors of Johnson Controls. • Graduate as a high-school senior from a school in the U.S. during the current academic year. • Rank in the top 50 percent of their graduating class after the first semester of the senior year. • Furnish “official” score documents from college entrance examinations (ACT or SAT). • Demonstrate leadership. • Enroll as a full-time student at a two-year or four-year college or university in the U.S. (not including a technical school) in the autumn of the succeeding year.
